What data do we collect?
The Company collects the following data:

You directly provide the Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

How do we store your data?
The Company securely stores your data at the Company’s registered office and the Company Director, Co-Producer, Line Producer and Commissioning body have access to the data.
Our Company will keep your personal details and bank account details for the duration of the work project and delivery of the project to the commissioning body. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data unless you give us permission to keep this information on file.
Health Insurance
This information is filled in by the Client and is sent electronically to the Production Company where only the Company Director or Line producer have access to the forms. These electronic forms are then sent to the Insurance Company. Once acknowledgement of receipt by the Insurance Company is received then the Production Company will delete all files pertaining to medical details and health insurance forms.
DBS Forms
On certain productions we are required to ensure individuals working with children and vulnerable adults have Enhanced DBS clearance. Individuals must confirm that they understand DBS’ policies for processing personal data. Please read the Enhanced DBS privacy policy at:

before completing an application and signing a declaration form.
What are your data protection rights?
The Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request the Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that the Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request the Company to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that the Company erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that the Company restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the Company’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
Changes to our privacy policy
The Company keeps its privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page. This privacy policy was last updated on 7 October 2020.
Temporary changes to privacy policy in the light of Covid19 pandemic
In order for the Company to comply with Covid19 production protocols cast and crew will fill in and submit to Company Self-Declaration forms which will include personal and medical information relating to Covid19.
The Covid Health Declaration information is filled in by the Client and is sent electronically to the Production Company where only the Line Producer, Production Manager and Covid Supervisor have access to the forms. These electronic forms are then stored on a password protected device where access is only for the purposes of complying with Covid 19 production protocols. The file will be deleted after 21 days and no records within it will be retained or otherwise disseminated.
In the event that a cast or crew member show potential symptoms of Covid 19 then that information will be shared with the Company’s insurer’s and NHS track and trace all in consultation with the relevant cast or crew member.
